1. Products & Fragrance Representation

We try our best to show our products, photographs, descriptions, and prices accurately.

Please note that fragrance can smell slightly different to different people due to individual body chemistry, and the actual packaging may sometimes vary slightly from the pictures shown on our website.

2. Orders & Cancellations

Once you place an order, we will process it after payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• The product is unavailable
• There is an incorrect price or product information
• We suspect a fraudulent transaction
• The delivery information is incomplete or incorrect

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the eligible amount will be refunded.
