Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or festive periods may take slightly longer to process with our utmost care.
Delivery Time & Shipping Charges
Delivery may take longer for remote areas or due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, courier delays, or local holidays).
Any applicable shipping charges are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before order placement. We also offer complimentary shipping during special promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking & Live Updates
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details and AWB numbers are shared via SMS, WhatsApp, and email. You can also track your shipment live on our Track Order page.
Should any unforeseen carrier transit delay occur, our concierge team is always available to assist with tracking escalation.
Address Accuracy & Damaged Packages
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your complete postal address, landmark, and active WhatsApp/phone number are correct. Aqwa Perfumes is not liable for failed delivery attempts arising from inaccurate customer contact details.
