Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or special offers may take a little longer to process.
Delivery Time & Shipping Charges
Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery may take longer for remote areas or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order. We may also offer free shipping during selected offers or promotions.
Order Tracking & Delivery Delays
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can also track your shipment live on our Track Order page.
Sometimes delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, holidays, transportation problems, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to assist you with tracking your order.
Address Accuracy & Damaged Packages
Incorrect Address or Phone Number: Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct before placing your order. Aqwa Perfumes will not be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Leaking Package: If your package arrives damaged, opened, tampered with, or leaking, please take photos/videos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy for further details.
